SECTION III: Additional Services

 California Business Checking Account                                             Total Fee: $200.00

Additional Services required to open checking account:

  1. EIN registration
  2. Preparation and expedited filing of the Initial Officer/Directors to the SOS

The Corporate Checking Account will be established at the selected bank either Bank of America or Wells Fargo

Corporate Checking Account requirements (each authorized signee):

1. Photocopy of valid drivers license for all US residents or citizens or passport for non US.

2. Photocopy of any major credit card or ATM card or second ID.

3. US citizens must provide their Social Security Number.

4. Non-US citizens must provide a completed W-8 Form (CFH will provide).
