California corporations must file an annual List of Officers with the Secretary of
State setting forth the name(s) and address(es) of the person(s) holdings the
offices of President, Secretary, and Treasurer as well as those serving on the
Board of Directors. (The names of the shareholders are not subject to public
registration.) Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies have similar
annual reporting requirements.
